Feds Probe AOC For Employing Illegal Alien, Helping Migrants Evade ICE

Border Czar Tom Homan announced that he has officially opened a federal investigation into Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) over allegations that she employed an undocumented immigrant on her staff and assisted other illegal aliens in evading Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

The Trump administration is investigating Ocasio-Cortez for two alleged offenses: employing an undocumented immigrant who subsequently assisted another individual in evading ICE. In an interview with conservative podcaster Benny Johnson, Homan stated that he has instructed the agency to pursue legal action against her.

“It’s being looked at (AOC employing illegal alien), can’t comment past that. I’m aware of it, we’ve asked ICE to drill in on that case,” Homan said. “As far as her educating people how to evade ICE arrests, she’s really educating them on how to avoid prosecution. Because there are statutes on the books when you knowingly hinder your removal, that’s a crime.”

Johnson questioned how an undocumented immigrant could have secured employment in Congress and potentially gained access to classified information.

“It is not possible,” Homan stressed, emphasizing that the congresswoman will be held accountable if such claims are accurate.

In March, Diego de la Vega voluntarily left the U.S. amid intensified deportation efforts by the Trump administration, citing concerns for his safety. He became politically active in 2010 when he supported the DREAM Act, legislation that sought to create a pathway to legal status for undocumented immigrants brought to the country as children.

Although the bill narrowly failed in the Senate by five votes, de la Vega, despite his undocumented status, worked as a “special assistant” to former Harlem Assemblymember Robert J. Rodriguez and interned for Representative Carolyn Maloney (D), the report added.

In 2022, de la Vega was appointed Deputy Communications Director by Ocasio-Cortez. In an interview with Migrant Insider, AOC praised him, saying, “Diego is amazing.”

Homan sent an email to the deputy attorney general requesting an investigation into Ocasio-Cortez.

That came shortly after reports emerged that the New York Democrat was hosting seminars teaching undocumented immigrants how to avoid ICE enforcement.

Following Homan’s email to the DOJ, AOC revealed that the Trump administration had yet to answer her requests about whether she is under federal investigation.v

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), a prominent ally of President Donald Trump, would narrowly defeat incumbent New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D) in a potential head-to-head matchup, according to a new poll from the conservative Manhattan Institute.

The survey shows Stefanik leading Hochul by one point, 43% to 42%, among registered voters. The same poll found Stefanik with a wider lead — 43% to 37% — over Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado, who is challenging Hochul in the Democratic primary.

An internal poll released earlier this month by a political action committee aligned with Stefanik showed a tighter race, with Hochul leading 48% to 43%. However, that poll also indicated that Stefanik would edge out Hochul, 46.4% to 45.9%, if voters were informed that the governor had endorsed Zohran Mamdani, the progressive frontrunner in this year’s New York City mayoral race.

To be sure, this is nothing short of a political nightmare for Democrats – who, by the way, are in danger of losing the governor’s race in neighboring blue New Jersey too, by the way.

Stefanik is widely expected to enter the New York gubernatorial race but has not yet formally launched a campaign. In response to the Manhattan Institute poll, her congressional campaign issued the following statement:

In a heavily Democrat leaning state, an independent poll that is heavily weighted towards registered Democrat voters shows Republican Elise Stefanik leading Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul in a head to head match up.

This marks the first time in decades that any potential Republican gubernatorial candidate (and in this case, the likely nominee) is polling ahead of a Democrat incumbent Governor, even before any official announcement.

In a decision that she will come to regret, Kathy Hochul lives up to her title as the Worst Governor in America when she chose to bend the knee and put New Yorkers LAST by desperately endorsing the Defund the Police, tax hiking, raging Antisemite Socialist Zohran Mamdani who will destroy New York.

Kathy Hochul and single party Democrat rule have failed New York making it the most unaffordable state in the country with the highest taxes, energy, utility, rent, and grocery bills making it unaffordable to raise a family, work, and start a business.

New Yorkers of all political parties are hungry for new commonsense leadership after decades of Hochul’s failed single party Democrat rule.

Elise Stefanik and the people of New York can and will win this righteous fight to Save New York.

This is happening in the age of MAGA, the age of Donald Trump – and the full-on left-wing meltdown shift currently being embraced by the ‘rising stars’ of the worst political party in the history of our country: Democrats.

It is a shocking turnover of events that seems almost too incredible to be true – an attack on one of the most famous zoos zoos zoos and a human intruder.

What could have led a 32-year-old woman to be put in such a dangerous situation? When the world watched in disbelief, the story of Manda and her fateful decision to jump into the polar bear cover in the Berlin Zoo.

This incredible act of despair not only led to a terrible encounter with massive predators but also raised questions about extreme measures that some individuals could take when they felt hopeless.

An unusual and scary event appeared in the Berlin Zoo when a 3232-year-oldoman identified as Mandy K was attacked by a polar bear. The incident occurred on Friday during the time of feeding bears when the woman managed to break the closure, despite the obvious danger.

Mandy took a courageous and risky approach, first climbing over the fence, maneuvering over the line of hedges, and then scaling the wall to enter the polar bear. She timed her jump during the Bears ranging session, which led to serious consequences. After getting into close contact with animals, she suffered arms, legs, and back injuries.

Despite the rapid response of the six Zookaepers, they had difficulty dispersing four polar bears, and one of the bears managed to bite Mandy several times on the limbs. However, Zookeepers finally managed to scare the aggressive bear and were able to save it from closure.

After the dramatic rescue, Mandy was immediately taken to the hospital, where she underwent an injury surgery. He is currently recovering.

Later, it was revealed that Mandy was a teacher who was struggling with unemployment, which could contribute to her needs.

This worrying event is certainly one that is discussed with friends, whether through coffee or on social media, especially for those who plan to visit the zoo soon.
